Meeting fee includes:

• The participation fee covers accommodation,
• Meals and coffee breaks (during the working group sessions)
• Transfers to and from Skopje airport (or Ohrid airport or bus station) in the official arrival and departure days from October 11th to October 15th, 2023, and meeting materials.

Participants will be asked to pay for:

• Participants will be asked to pay for any additional accommodation and food requirements, as well as
• Transfers (except for the official transfers from the airport to the hotel on October 11th and from the hotel to the airport on October 15th),
• Personal beverages and for additional services in their rooms. 
• All participants are expected to have their own accident, health and travel insurance

Meeting fee must be paid by July 31st, 2023

The conference fee is not refundable. However a member of AKSF can substitute any person the conference fee has been already paid for.
Any collected data will be kept confidential.
